What does the job involve?
You don't get a second chance at a first impression. That is why Fonville does everything it can to give every guest in 'our' holiday parks a fresh start to a wonderful holiday. You are and feel partly responsible for the cleaning quality provided. As a Supervisor, you support the property manager in managing your own team of cleaning employees.
Your working hours are: Monday and Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Work also available on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, in consultation.
This is what we ask of you:
You identify bottlenecks and can feed them back to the object manager;
You preferably have experience in the cleaning industry;
You are stress-resistant and can handle time pressure well;
You instruct, coach and motivate the cleaning employees in a positive way and support them with bottlenecks;
You see changes in planning or staffing as a challenge rather than a problem;
You have an eye for details and like to think about improvements.
What do we offer you in accordance with the collective labor agreement for Cleaning & Window Cleaning?
We have expectations of you, but at Fonville we also understand that you have expectations of us. What we offer you is:
- a gross hourly wage between €13.36 and €15.28 (20 years and older, classification depending on years of experience);
- 26 vacation days based on a 38-hour working week;
- extra day off on your birthday or May 1;
- 8% holiday pay;
- training opportunities.
- End-of-year bonus (if you have been employed with us for more than 6 months)
- Travel costs negotiable and in consultation.
- In addition to the collective labor agreement, we can also offer free swimming (including family) at the Landal Vennenbos for this function
